Payment Method

We accept the following payment options:

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).

Yes. We use secure payment gateways and encryption to ensure your personal and payment information is fully protected. We do not store any payment data on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery takes between 4 to 7 business days. This includes 1 to 2 days for processing and 2  to 4 days for shipping and transit.

  • Orders ₹499 and above – Free shipping
  • Orders below ₹499 – ₹50 shipping fee
  • Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Return & Refunds

You can request a return within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items – Full refund, no fee
  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind) – ₹100 restocking fee is deducted from the refund
  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item is approved. Refunds go to the original payment method. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be issued to the bank account you provide.

Cancellations & Exchanges

Yes, you may cancel your order before it is dispatched. We recommend contacting us within 6 hours of placing the order for timely cancellation.

Yes. To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the one you prefer.
