Payment Method

Yes. We use secure payment gateways and encryption to ensure your personal and payment information is fully protected. We do not store any payment data on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery takes between 4 to 7 business days. This includes 1 to 2 days for processing and 2 to 4 days for shipping and transit.
- Orders ₹499 and above – Free shipping
- Orders below ₹499 – ₹50 shipping fee
- Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Return & Refunds
You can request a return within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items – Full refund, no fee
- For other reasons (e.g., change of mind) – ₹100 restocking fee is deducted from the refund
- Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item is approved. Refunds go to the original payment method. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be issued to the bank account you provide.
Cancellations & Exchanges
Yes, you may cancel your order before it is dispatched. We recommend contacting us within 6 hours of placing the order for timely cancellation.
Yes. To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the one you prefer.
